German Pancakes
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- Pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and melt it in the oven. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, milk, and salt. Pour the batter into the hot, buttered dish and bake for 20–30 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
